    the only possible way to get the iphone for the price he is asking is to go with att what are you stupid you cant buy a 200 dollar iphone and not get the 2 year contract

    you have activate it in store and sign 2-year att contract. they dont want people buying the iphone from the store and not signing a contract at the time of purchase.
